FAQ

1. Do you ship internationally?

A: No. We currently ship in the U.S only. Orders that are placed from outside the U.S will not be honored.

2. What are "Special offers"?

A: As the name implies, the Special Offers will only be offered for a brief amount of time and are VERY scarce in quantity because, unlike the majority of the items on the site,Special Offers are items that are carried on-site. Nearly everything else is shipped directly from warehouses throughout the U.S.

3. What is your Return Policy?

4. What method of shipping will be used for item delivery?

A: All items will be shipped by means of standard ground services unless otherwise noted in the product description. Shipping will be achieved through either USPS or UPS.

5. How do I checkout?

A: Via Paypal or our Credit Card processor which is Stripe.

6. I would like to inquire about an item I purchased. where do I go to get in contact with a store rep?

A: You can contact store representatives via the "Contact Us" form or send us a direct email.


7. Where can I report technical issues with your site?
